answer: no. a jew cant derive any benefit from non-kosher wine and cant even give it to a goy as a gift.

what about the fact that any income she produces is joint income to us under secular law? even if we're not married under jewish law, am i still deriving a benefit and receiving a 50% interest in the sale of the wine?
